Organized by SENAI/IST, CINTEC – Mechanical and Automation Congress, which will take place during Intermach from 15 to 18 July, will feature presentations on Artificial Intelligence and industrial automation technologies. The program has been organized to address the trends and innovations practiced by the industrial sector.
The opening lecture on July 15, at 6:30 p.m., addresses “Artificial Intelligence: Applications for the Manufacturing Industry”. On the second day (16), at 6.30pm, the round table “Sisfoton: Applications of Laser Technologies in the Industrial Environment” brings together the secretary of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI), Felipe Silva Bellucci, José Rizzo, director of Accenture/POLUX, moderated by Professor Luís Gonzaga Trabasco.
On Thursday (17), the work will be conducted in the morning, from 10am to 12pm, with debates on “Additive Manufacturing Design in Metals and Laser Manufacturing Processes, in the Vision of Additive Maintenance”. In the afternoon, at 6.30pm, the companies Schunk, Alltech, ISI SM and Kuka will debate “The New Era of Industrial Robotics”.
To round off the proceedings, on Friday 18th, from 10am to 12pm, there will be an “ISI-SM Immersion: The New Era of Industrial Robotics”.
